1. Chapter members' names will be added
to the APIC Chicago Member Mailing List as registration
information is received.
2. Past members will be kept on the
mailing list for 2 years.
3. An Extended Mailing List is maintained
and includes address information about professionals outside
of Infection Control. This mailing list will be used to
inform these professionals about APIC Chicago educational
events.
4. The Membership Secretary is responsible
for maintaining and updating both mailing lists.
5. The Membership List will be used
for the benefit of APIC Chapter members.
6. Vendors who financially contribute
to the annual educational event will be offered a copy of
the current Chicago APIC mailing list.
7. A vendor may request a copy of the
Chapter's mailing list for a specific program that is free
or at a reduced charge for the Chicago APIC Chapter members.
