Members Attending the Annual APIC National Educational Conference

Purpose: To provide financial aid for elected Board
members to attend the annual APIC National Educational Conference.
Procedure:
1. APIC Chicago will pay for the Early
Bird registration fee for elected Board members who attend
the annual APIC National Educational Conference. Elected
Board members include the:
President
Treasurer
Corresponding Secretary
Membership Secretary
By-laws Chairperson
Program Chairperson
President-Elect
Past-President
2. In addition to the Early Bird registration
fee, the President will be reimbursed for hotel costs (at
a double room rate) for the duration of the conference,
plus taxes, transportation and meals not to exceed the federal
government's per diem per day.
3. Board members are required to show
written documentation of their expense(s) and will be reimbursed
after attending the meeting.
4. No board member may sign approval
of his/her reimbursement.
