1. There will be no reduced registration
fee (for example, no discount for students, attending only
a part of the conference program, or not eating the food).
2. On-site registration for members
is the same fee as that charged for non-member on-site registration.
3. A full refund of the registration
fee will only be given to Chapter members who notify the
Program Chairperson or Treasurer within 3 business days
prior to the program.
4. No refunds will be given to "no
shows".
5. Infection Control Practitioners who
are members of APIC Chicago and employed by the host facility
may attend the educational event at no charge. Any other
attendees from the host facility must pay the appropriate
registration fee.
6. Presenters will not be charged a
conference registration fee.
